The only info I could acquire was that the parts came off a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 that had been in an accident. The person there did not know the year. This item is the Sissy Bar. It is in nice condition as seen. It is 21” high,with a removable pad and 2 mounting brackets. There were no bolts to attach the brackets.
