Original M Barooshian 1976 Olympics Limited Edition Lithograph Art Print 17/75

Description: This original, limited edition art was produced to commemorate the 1976 Summer Olympics. The work combines embossing with a lithograph print. It was produced in a very limited edition of 75 and this is print #17. Signed by the artist on the lower right. Martin Barooshian (1929- ), born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, is well-known for his surrealist art, prints, oil paintings and other works. His art works can be found in multiple museums, galleries, and private collections. The work is printed on a 14.25" x 11" sheet and is in a simple silver metal frame that is 16" x 12". Plexiglass was used to protect the piece and there are some light scratches and mars on the surface of the Plexiglass. A very nice piece for a collection. It is likely that many of the original 75 have not survived, so this is likely even rarer.
