Description: Up for sale is this antique document, signed by 8th president Martin Van Buren. Document is dated to 1838 and appears to have something to do with the sale of public lands. There is obvious staining, two small holes in the center and some of the writing has faded. Not in terrible shape for being almost 200 years old.
