Need to replace your baffle piston OS Max 35 Radio Control engine to needle valve assembly? These quality made flexible type needles are made in Japan and replacement parts are available at my Model Airplane Store. Spraybar outside diameter is 4 mm (.157 in). A steel spacing shim is included to centre the spraybar; it will normally be located on the inlet nipple side of the spraybar for proper orifice centering. The fibre gasket is installed between the needle ratchet spring and engine case. Look for my other sized needle valves and kits if this item is not appropriate for your needs. This is a needle valve assembly only – venturi is not included in this listing, but is offered elsewhere in my “Model Airplane Store”. Package fits the following engines: OS Max Stunt 35 baffle piston engines. OS Max Stunt 30 baffle piston engines. Other engines where the distance between the spray bar mounting pads is 12.9 mm (.508 in) and the case shank hole is 9.20 mm (.362 in). Note that the spraybar orifice orientation shown is for center reference only. The orifice should be facing forward rotated 20 degrees downward towards the crankshaft for best fuel draw.
