Front cover is barely attached to the rest of the book. Back cover has come completely off. Not sure if any pages are lost or not, does not appear so. Fist page has come loose, name and writing in pencil inside front cover. Pages have yellowed, front cover might have some water damage, both covers have color loss, heavy edge and corner wear. Some minor foxing inside, pages are in better shape than the covers. 162 pages, measures approximately 9 1/2" X 7 3/4" X 1 1/8". Printed on heavy duty paper. Can combine shipping.
