Outstanding Waltham 21 Jewel 16s Full Hunter Pocket Watch with Albert Chain

Description: A really stand-out piece, Waltham 16s Crescent St 21 Jewel, gold filled full hunter pocket watch. Model 1908, 16s, hunting configuration. Crown set and wind. 5cm (50mm) across the case. The case is a Dennison MOON gold filled and 20 year guaranteed (from date of manufacture). In great condition, some slight marks commensurate with age, no dings or dents, no major marks on outer covers, no major signs of wear. Covers open and close well and all open to 90 degrees. No personalised inscriptions or monograms. The front cover opens with a depression of the crown, as indended. Mineral glass crystal in perfect condition. The dial is bright and clean, no hairline cracks or chips. Black Roman numerals, blued steel hands. Model 1908 Crescent Street 21 Jewel movement, beautifully damascened, micrometer adjuster regulator, gold mounted jewels, gold centre wheel, dated to 1919. Fully serviced including modern alloy mainspring. Keeping good time. The curb link Albert chain is traditional in style and made from a very strong steel core with 18k gold plate. 31 cm from T bar to end of clip, 5 cm fob chain extension. 3.5 cm swivel T bar, 2.3 cm clip, 1.8mm gauge steel core with 18ct gold plate, 7mm Curb links. The natural stone is bloodstone (heliotrope). It is a single stone and visible from both sides of the spinner. Presented in a fitted pocket watch box with recess for the chain. Another top piece, great for wedding, graduation, retirement, Christmas, Fathers day or birthday present. Popular choice as a gift to the groom from the bride. Serviced. Servicing is defined as the piece being disassembled, cleaned, inspected and adjusted if necessary. It is then re-assembled and correctly oiled, timed for accuracy and adjusted if required. The mainspring will be replaced and the piece will be bench-tested for at least one day. Statement. I restore all of my watches to a fully working condition.
