There are no tags inside. the length down the back center is 13.5 inches. there is a strong hook and loop closure on the under side that is also adjustable. normal wear, LOTS left in it! There is a heavy dog toy coming along too. This is for a medium to large dog. great condition as well! All of our items are from a smoke free home. we do our best to describe them as we see them. if for any reason you are not pleased with an item, please let us know. we do NOT refund s/h fees for any reason, as we cannot get it back from the post office.
