Returns All items are guaranteed for 60 days unless otherwise stated. Should you need to return your item for any reason, please initiate a return through eBay. The prepaid shipping label will be generated for the eBay primary shipping address. This is the only address used by Natural Evolution for shipping. If the buyer ships the item outside of the US after purchase, it is the buyer's responsibility to either ship the item back to NEI or ship the item back to the primary shipping address.
