Description: For your consideration is this pair of original antique gold gilt and ebonized picture frames. Each one measures 16 x14" overall with an interior measurement of 10 x 8". The frame in photo #2 and the frame on the left in photo #1, has had it's entire finish, both gold and black, gold for sure, recoated. It has also been glued at it's joints and seams, some of which shows on the front, and is therefore rigid. See photos 7, 8 & 9. The other frame is, I believe all original, down to it's lemon yellow gilt surface. It has also not been glued so it shows some movement at it's joints and seems, typical to what you might expect from a frame of this age. All is to say, 2 really nice frames, extremely hard to fine in a pair, one has been "restored" and the other is all original. Still very serviceable, even as a pair. They don't differ all that much.
