Description: These two beautiful Victorian single bulb semi-flush ceiling fixtures are made from heavy cast brass. They measure 4 3/4" tall x 5 1/4" across at the ceiling. In worn condition at first, these were stripped and carefully painted by hand in an antiqued gold to bring out the ornate floral textures, then rewired to modern standards. (You can use up to 100 watt bulbs in them.) The floral bands are crowded with a variety of blossoms and leaves, like fine Victorian china, but with a dimensional aspect. The solid black defines them at the ceiling and creates a design break between the upper and lower floral levels. Gorgeous, so matter which way you view them. Perfect in an entrance, down a hall, as a wonderful accent in a bedroom, office, living room--almost anywhere. Bulbs not included, but you can find them online as "pineapple" bulbs--check out Amazon. They will be shipped with great care. Please look at all the photos carefully--they are part of my description.
