ITEM DESCRIPTION: I have for sale this very hard to find period 1910-1925 Pairpoint reverse painted “ Bird of Paradise “ lamp that’s in very very nice overall condition. This is a multi colored scene and with four different scenes to display. The lamp with very vibrant colors throughout that light up way better than i could photograph. The base measures 26 inches tall to the top of the finial and the shade is 16 inches wide so this is a full sized lamp folks and will command immediate presence no matter what room you decide to put it in. The base without any damage or issues whatsoever and in fine working order with no breaks or losses. The base recently rewired with proper period style cloth cord and old style plug. Now onto the shade. The paint quality in the shade simply excellent throughout with no losses or sickness and there are no rim chips in the glass top or bottom, nor stress cracks. The colors in the shade are very vibrant and the details excellent throughout. This is a super classy lamp from one of the best reverse painted lamp makers ever.
