Just simply scrub it down from the edge of the plastic cup then apply small amount any kind of super glue to the cup edge then glue the new filter. The filter is a bit larger diameter than the cup, so when the glue is dry, simply trim the filter close to the cup using regular scissors. You can also use these filters to build your own Powder Paint Cups.
