Santa does flip backwards and forwards and kicks his feet. That's the most solid thing about the item. Will need a safety pin to hold his pants up or not - he doesn't mind."Highly detailed Features" He looks like Santa; I'll give them that. Although, I've never noticed Santa's gold shirt before like he's going to the club right after work."Realistic animation" I never knew Santa was a double-jointed gymnast that loves the rings."Plays your favorite Christmas tunes" "Tunes." This thing does not even finish the introduction of Santa Claus is coming to town. There are no other tunes. It ends on the word "town," but ends it "tow-," a little screech, and immediately loops to the beginning. While the box states it is not a toy, gift it to a child to annoy their parents! :D Also, there is no motion sensor or other means of starting Santa other than the switch under his coat. Ensure Santa is hanging from something because once you switch him on, he is 0 to 100 flipping and kicking. The parachute looks pretty; nothing wrong with it. Santa is just secured by zip ties to the parachute. I suppose you could have him hang from other things if you wanted the option. Neat! No corrosion on the battery terminals.
