Description: PAUL FISCHER German Spruce Jacaranda 1970's Description "Paul Fischer is a British luthier. He learned how to make harpsichords, then trained under David Jose Rubio for 6 years before becoming independent. This instrument has a German spruce top and Jacaranda sides and back. There is a P.F. in the hall. Stamps and Rubio-designed rosettas are visible, and it is believed to be a work made around 1976, shortly after becoming independent. It has a heavy, deep bass tone inherited from the master, and a dry, straight sound without being too sharp. This is probably a result of aging. The top material has been repainted from lacquer to cashew, and the string stopper on the bridge has been modified to a double hole type. It has signs of use that are appropriate for its age, but there are no major scratches or repair history. There are other pickup installation marks, and there is a jack-sized hole at the end of the body. An authentic classical guitar with a different flavor. This is one I recommend.Condition:EX+++Top:SolidGermanSpruceSide:SolidJacarandaBack:SolidJacarandaNeck: MahoganyFingerboard:EbonyBridge:JacarandaMachineHead:OriginalFingerboardInlay:noneRosette:RubioBinding:WoodPickGuard:nonePickup:noneNutwidth:53mmScale:650mmCase:HardCaseYear of manufacture: 1970sTop plate material spruceSide plate material JacarandaBack plate material JacarandaAccessories Hard case Shipping Shipping by EMS or FedEx,UPS (international express mail service, with Tracking and Insurance, handling cost).
