Description: Here’s a combo 300 peavey bass cab that I removed the head and replaced with all tube alpha head.160 watts 6l6 graphic eq. 15” jbl I believe a 2226 but I’ll try to get that clarified. I know it’s a 15” from the 1980’s era. There’s still some cosmetics I’m working on but I will try to complete before sold and if not I can deduct some off sale price. Of course it wasn’t a perfect fit but I believe that won’t matter much. I mean 160 tube watts into vintage jbl inside heavy duty vintage peavey cabinet what do you think the verdict will be. Neat thing about this one it’s a fine bass amp with plenty of power but equally fine as a guitar amp , thunderous sound . I’m probably going to change the tubes I believe it still has the originals. All working but probably would benefit from changeout .I believe ll the pots work fine s well as jacks and I will check it thoroughly before shipping.
