Description: Note about 114H that seems to be subject of disagreement. All USA made 114H 6/0 plates have 8 screw holes. The original design used a stand (3 holes) and 5 posts, therefore requiring a total of 8 screws per side. But, when the design was changed to an aluminum spool and half graphite frame (also available in full aluminum frame) - the rings were changed to 5 holes per side. 4 screws into the frame, and 1 for the post on top. At least 10 years of US production used this configuration, on the 114H (not H2). What confuses people is that the plates were never changed - they still had 8 holes, only 3 of them were covered and not accessible through the 5 hole rings. 8 hole plates, 5 holes rings, USA made Senator 6/0.
