Description: This is for the vintage blue metal Perfection Smokeless Oil Heater 0190. This has some rusting but is still solid. The top vent works fine and also has the Tank still. There sounds like it mat have some rust in the tank. It is complete but has not been tested. Has some rusting and may need some restoration but is solid and nice overall.
