Return policy details: Heavenly hand mades sell personalised and made to order products Unfortunately this means that we are not able to offer a refund on items unless there is a fault with the item or we have sent the wrong item or made a mistake on printing If when you recieve your order, you find that we have sent you incorrect products and/or wrong personalisation to those that you requested on your order form, you MUST inform us within 5 working days. Notifications after the 5 working days timeline, will NOT be able to be rectified. Once informed on an error, we will pay to send the correct items & will also pay to receive the incorrect items back to our office. In order to inform us of items wrongly received, you will need to contact us by email at myheavenlyhandmades@gmail.com with full details of items missing and what you have received. We will ask that you send the wrong items back to us via a signed for service and keep a receipt for our records.
