In NOTES section during checkout, provide height and length of plate (not to exceed your size range choice) wording, font choice, corner treatment. For Sizes: if you pick "up to 9 square inches", you may order a 3x3 plate or a 2x4.5 plate or a 1x9 plate. Any size combination that fits into the size range that you selected and may be smaller than max but not more. NOTE: Circle shape is 2" max or smaller. MAX size 12x24. ****To Determine How Many Square Inches you plate is, Times the Height by the Width of the size needed to equal the Square Inch Size. Photographs: For Photos please send a black and white image with as little bacground as possible. We STORNGLY recommend Satin Silver for phtoos for best results. Divider Lines: (optional) see additional photos to view choices. **** These metal plates are Laser Engraved. Laser Engraving is not the same as rotary engraving. Lasering removes a microscopic layer of material resulting in a permanent color change in the engraved area. It is not deep cut into the metal. These Plates are NOT suitable for outdoor mounting in direct sunlight. General tips for a great looking engraving Script fonts rarely look good in all capitald since the letters connect Fancy scripts look beautiful but can be difficult to read The fewer characters the easier it is to read the engraving Do not abbreviate or add special characters unless you want them in the engraving. If you type Line 1- "To the Best Dad", we will include the quotation marks.
