If the logo / artwork needs more time than that to make it engrave ready, we will inform you to either provide us a better file so that the quality of the final product is crisp or will offer that service at a reasonable charge. PROOFWe will send you a FREE DIGITAL PROOF of how the logo/text/artwork will look like on your product so that you have a chance of reviewing the final product before it is engraved. Once you provide your written approval via email, we will proceed with production. APPROVALPlease note that once the approval has been received and the product is engraved – any corrections/updates can’t be made to the order. There for please carefully review the proof and look for the font/placing/text/spelling and provide your approval. RETURNSSince your product is customized to your specifications, we don’t offer returns unless there is a mistake on our part in the engraving or sending the incorrect product.
