The head does have head flop when you hold it upside down. It works fine. The stem is even Marbelized! It is painted with a very cool marbleized effect! I would call this dispenser in great shape. No cracks or melt marks. Head is snappy. Slider slides up and down fine. All is in great shape. An amazing piece to add to your collection.
