PSL refers to Pfeiffer & Lowenstein Factory of Schlakenwerth, Bohemia Austria. This was founded in 1873 by Ludwig Lowenstein however it was later on managed by Josef Pfeiffer Jr by the 1900s thus the factory was renamed as Pfeiffer & Lowenstein. By 1938, the Nazis seized this factory and renamed it as Porcelain Factory Schlakenwerth Josef Pfeiffer. It closed down in 1949. Good very lightly used condition with no chips, cracks, crazing. E-bayers have their own way to describe their items, this is mine. Good used will have utensil marks and show some wear. Good lightly used has utensil marks, very light wear. Good very lightly used might have a few utensil marks, very light wear. Almost new, means I see no real signs of wear of any kind but won't sell as new.
