Description: Philippe Du Bois Fils Old Movement ETA735 18K Yellow GoldBand Width: 19mm similar to the current Cartier Tank LM sizeThis watch dates back to around the 1940s with an ETA735 18KYG case and a silver dial protected by sapphire crystal on both sides. It measures approximately 8.5mm in thickness. While it may not be as refined as a Reverso overall it's an intriguing timepiece.I purchased it from Taiando Honpo Yokosuka in December 2004 if memory serves me right. During that time there was a trend of reevaluating and producing products with old movements from various companies and this watch is one of them—a timepiece that exudes a lot of romance.After purchase I used it only in winter several times a year for about 3-4 years. Subsequently I've been collecting mechanical watches as a hobby owning over 200 pieces until 2023 mainly using this one for admiration.In September 2023 I had it overhauled and thoroughly enjoyed using it prompting me to now sell it as part of my collection consolidation. Being 18K it's susceptible to scratches but I believe it's in good condition overall. Please confirm with the photos as they include both an image and the actual watch. The strap shows signs of use but remains in good condition made from custom-made cordovan material.
