Description: This is a book by Piece O' Cake Designs entitled "The Appliqué Handbook". If you want to learn how to make appliqué quilts, this is the book for you. It starts with a discussion of supplies and how to choose fabrics and continues through techniques and tips for making appliqué quilts. There are 56 pages and they are full of illustrations and instructions. The book has a copyright date of 1998 so it is most likely out of print. This item is from my own personal collection. I acquired it on the secondary market, but it looks to be only very lightly used. I have enjoyed looking through it but I have come to the conclusion that I am not going be a quilter who does appliqué, even though I think it is a stunning and beautiful. The book may have slight shelf wear including wear along the bottom edge, slight corner bends, writing in ink and/or ink stamps, or sticker residue. If there is anything more significant than slight shelf wear, I will specifically mention it in my listing.
