Also, a Key to the Allegory with a critique on its beauties embellished with elegant engravings, designed by Richard Westall, R.A.496 pages. Hard leather cover. Spine is glued on upside down. Covers and end papers are not attached but the rest of the book and pages are all attached. The book measures 8-7/16 inches x 5-1/8 inches. Pages show brown discoloration, some creasing and foxing. Page 437-8 has some tearing on the edge (it is sticking out). Other pages with tearing are the blank end papers.Several pages have tearing and creasing but See photos for cover wear.
