An outstanding piece of magnificent size and appearance, beautifully decorated by the Maki-e master Yasanuri Sakumoto using the Togidashi Maki-e and Raden techniques on a smooth black urushi lacquer. The Emperor is definitely a must own for serious Maki-e enthusiasts. This pen has never been used and is in perfect condition, it comes with original documents and presentation boxes.
