The image is printed on a high-end UV printer, using UV light to set the permanent ink on the non-audio side of the image. This new edition LP is mastered in 2023 and comes in a gatefold sleeve with slipcase and bonus poster. Pink Floyd's Dark Side was released almost 50 years ago in 1973, and has sold over 50 million copies worldwide, making it one of the most iconic and influential albums of all time. The famous sleeve, featuring a prism spectrum, was designed by Storm Thorgerson of Hipgnosis and illustrated by George Hardy.
