Description: Pioneer SX-828 stereo receiver. It is in excellent condition and is very clean inside. The speaker A and B lights don't work, but otherwise it is fully functional, including FM stereo, phono, aux input, all the tone controls and all other lights. The case has been refinished and looks great. The balance knob is missing, but I have one on order and it will be installed soon. The pre out/main in jumpers are missing, but I will include a set of RCA cables to connect them. It includes a pair of the special speaker connection plugs. The tuning is just a little finicky to adjust, but not bad and brings in every station it should loud and clear. I say all this to make sure a buyer knows exactly what they are getting. In the end, this is a great receiver. It was the top of the line Pioneer receiver in its day. It puts out 54 watts per channel at 0.5% distortion. This will be a great addition to any vintage collection.
