A few marks on the bottom and some minor imperfections in the glaze. Not sure if exact size of pot but I filled it with water and it held 6 quarts to the very top of pot. It weighs 6 pounds 5 ounces. Measures approximately 6.25 inches in height with lid on and 8.25 inches across opening of pot. Comes with care instruction card.
