Description: Water tray in great condition. This was from my smoker that started messing up. I called pit boss customer service because there are no service areas near me. The smoker was still under warranty and the only way customer service would help was if I did a video conference showing how the smoker was acting. We tried it for a bit and smoker did not act up right away. I told them when It was messing up what error code it was giving off and they said without seeing it they could not help. Needless to say I told them to go pound sand and hung up. This control board works fine I just scratched it up a little taking it apart. all the little clips are still there, none are broke. Just trying to recoup a little money to buy a Traeger this time around. Will never deal with pitboss again. SO if your looking for any other parts I'll try to get everything I took apart on here. Thanks!
