The tape is still on which shows it is new and the plastic bag was only opened to read the instructions and see if it had Bluetooth capabilities for my needs. All bags are sealed and tape still be on there when you receive it to show its new. My ex-wife before the divorce bought it and put it on the desk to set up it never got set up and it's at there for a while that's why they're the discoloration due to the Sun hitting it through the curtains in an unused office. I had the box but I threw it away due to it being three times bigger than it needs to be to ship this item. I will box it up and make sure it is ship properly to you. I charged $50 for shipping because I don't know how much it's going to be if it's any less than 50 you will get reimbursed the difference it's pretty heavy and it's not real small if you live close to me you'll get money back you live far away you won't I live in Wisconsin thank you
