Description: The glass is free from chips and cracks. The oil container tank (the metal container inside the ceramic base) has cracks, so it can't hold oil. This is being sold as decorative, not functional. You could possibly get the inside mended (this is outside of my realm of knowledge), or you could replace it if you want it to hold the oil. It doesn't have a wick. It's very beautiful. It doesn't have the shade. It's 14" tall and 7 3/8" across.
