Description: * Item as pictured This is a helmet (one) for a Mego (8 inch, 1:9 scale) action figure.This "Space helmet/ Astronaut helmet" can be used for anything, but I specifically designed and 3D printed it for use in creating a custom Ape-O-Naut.In Escape from the Planet of the Apes, 3 chimpanzees return to Earth and are dressed in space suits.The rest of the costume can be found online, but these were also customized for the pictures. This item includes:1 Astronaut helmet1 neck ring that the helmet slides into (they are separate pieces, but connect snugly)2 wrist cuffs to help finish off the spacesuit look The items come unprepped and unpainted. The finished items shown were sanded (to remove print lines and generally smooth it out). Maybe 5 minutes of sanding was done for the finished helmets in the pictures. 220 grit. It was painted white, then the visor black. Depending on the paints used, a clear gloss sealant could be used. Bare minimum, I think the visor would need to be painted gloss black. *Free shipping
