There are signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading, light soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge soil/rub soil/scuff marks/small stains or age spots, a few edge nicks, and yellowing of pages. Possible watermark staining on the pages lower spine corner/edge...I think it is just staining along the edge...there doesn't appear to be any staining on the pages. Some dog eared page corners. A small deeper scratch on the top page edges appears as a small edge chip or tear when opened to the pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact.
