Description: This is a Plasticville 1624 House Under Construction Kit, introduced by Bachmann in 1959. This kit is in very good original condition with most of the small pieces intact. It has two back sides of the house instead of one with an offset front door, but it still works. The wheelbarrow is missing. The construction sign has been repaired. The hoe has been glued into the mortar pan. The one piece box is in good condition.
