Description: This listing is for 10 x Platymeris biguttatus White Spot Assassin Bug Nymphs with a few extra! All nymphs several weeks old, and are eating. If you need food for them I have lots of Buffalo beetle adults and fruit flies they can eat in my store. A great starter size, I find that the nymphs can be somewhat fragile, and it is normal to lose some due to weakness, bad molts or other factors. Large and voracious, these small nymphs with the right care grow into large up to 1.5 inches in length, and hungry assassin bugs with striking velvet black coloring with two white spots on their wings and yellow banded legs clearly telling you to stay away. Keep warm and dry, offer lots of hiding spots and keep on day night cycle. They do prefer the dark however. They can poke/bite you so do NOT handle, they also have a particular smell to deter predators. Shipping will include 5 extra nymphs to account for any deaths that may occur, they can be somewhat fragile so it is not uncommon to lose some, if you don't lose any that is 15 total and 5 for FREE!
