Brown hardcovers have gilt lettering and design on cover and spine, gilt-edged text blocks, Frontispiece with tissue protector, Table of Contents, 282 pages. Measures about 4 ¾” x 7 ¼.” Hardcover has some wear, mainly bumping to corners, edges, and spine areas. Pages are tanned and have foxing spots from age, with light soil spots; no tears, marks, or writing to text pages. Previous owner bookplate affixed to the first front end paper as well as a previous owner inscription written just above the bookplate, as seen in photos. Separation, with netting visible, between back end paper and back inside cover, and between some sections in the book. Note that I have described the book as best as I can.
