This beautiful slip-ware plate looks like it has tin glaze on it. such beautiful lustrous white glaze its super white! there are a few manufacturing defects near the holes made to hang it in on the underside of the rim in one place. The hand-painted artwork on the inside of this plate is a fantastic study in European garden peasantry..... 17th century hat, puffy sleeves, puffy waist coat and breeches..... and staff... one simple blue line at the top of the curve and a 1-1/4 in. red mono-print border at the rim. Shipped with UPS Ground. No defects other than those created when the glaze was put on. There’s no evidence of this plate ever being hung. it is new old stock. Please see photos. Thanks for looking!
