I did get the game working on my NES but it took like 4 different times blowing on it-- the 3 times it failed the game still turned on and the music played, but the characters and art were clearly corrupted, it almost looked like when you shake the console on most games. There's also a switch at the bac you may have to test in different positions. I'm thinking it is likely some bit rot (Bit rot is the slow deterioration in the performance and integrity of data stored on storage media. It is also known by the names bit decay, data rot, data decay and silent corruption. When bit rot occurs, it causes the corruption of data, which can adversely affect its accessibility or usefulness.) The game does work but it may be very difficult to get it to play.
