The postcard has a handwritten message on the front reading, "Will write soon, Robbie," and a note on the side: “What do you think of this for a tree? I am taking in the sights, feeling good, and having a big time." Sent to Cloverdale, Michigan, and postmarked Los Angeles, June 1907. The reverse bears a 1¢ Franklin stamp.
