Description: This Pre-WW2 30s 40s Turkish Army M1935 Mauser Bayonet & Steel Scabbard is in good condition overall but shows expected signs of age and service. The blade is unmarked but the pommel is clearly stamped "AS.FA," an abbreviation for "Askari Fabrika," denoting production by a state controlled military arsenal. The blade edge is clean however evidence of wear from past service is detectable. TA serial number is stamped on the crossguard. The press stud on the pommel is free and appears to function as you would expect. The scabbard is in good condition overall but shows signs of service and reworking as is to be expected. No serious dents or other damage is present. Please examine the photographs carefully for the best description of condition.
