As indicated in the Condition Description, few signs of wear are present, though one of the two wires at the back appears to be missing its cap. The lot also includes two adapters: a multi-purpose A-15 and a single-purpose G-116. (The former is often sold for $50 on its own!)When I plugged it in and set it to "Read Meter" the light did turn on, and the meter moved. It responded by returning to zero when that same button was pressed again. As I don't have the technical expertise to test the unit, and I'm worried I'd cause it to burn out the meter if I made the attempt, I didn't conduct any further testing. It's therefore being sold as is for parts/repair. Due to the size and weight, I'm waiving the shipping cost for the buyer, and full insurance will be included in the sale amount at no extra cost.
