This is one of the more popular Icarian units. Icarian made a few versions of the seated row over the years and this is my personal favorite. The original 310 has been carried over by Precor and still being produced and is available brand new. Great back piece with a very small footprint. You can hit various angles of your back, lats and even rear delts and rhomboids by simply raising and lowering the seat. Great unit in great shape. How OUR PROCESS works: We acquire our equipment from various gyms and dealers across the country. Once the items are in our possession, our technicians will go through, clean, and service the items. Our goal is always to make the units as nice as possible, however, we do not offer full remanufacturing / re powder-coating. Therefore, items may show signs of minor wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, paint chips, etc. We thoroughly clean and test each machine using a multi-point checklist verifying that all functions of the machine are fully operational. During this process, we try to remove as much of the wear and tear as we can, so the unit looks and works great!
