PRETTIEST WEDGWOOD SET OF SIX MADE IN ENGLAND DESSERT BOWLS “CAMPION” 1980S

Description: FINEST WEDGWOOD SET OF 6 DESSERT BOWLS “CAMPION” This listing is for a extra pretty Wedgwood bone china set of six fluted dessert bowls in a pattern called CAMPION that dates from the 1980s. MADE IN ENGLAND The bodies of the bowls are fluted fine white porcelain with this sublime and oh so delicate floral spray design in the softest colour palette. These dessert bowls are from a part dinner set we will be listing separately as shown in some of the photos(SOME OF WHICH IS NOW SOLD) as well as an all white French Aluminite Frugier Limoges lidded casserole (also in the group photos) listed separately. In the group photos you will also see a set of plain off white side plates that are not Wedgwood but Japanese bone china that came with the Wedgwood set and are being thrown in with the cups and saucers if desired (see our other listings). CONDITION In very good vintage condition with a few signs of age and use only. No chips, cracks or crazing. All ping well when tapped. Clear top glaze still nice and glossy. There is a VERY slight colour difference in the design on the odd piece but as the clear glaze has not deteriorated this must be how they left the factory but nothing too bad or distinctive anyway – just mentioning for accuracy of description. A few use-related surface marks as you would expect from a used vintage item but not much really.
