Repair Eligibility We reserve the right to reject devices that are deemed unrepairable. If your device is rejected, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. High-Risk Cases Devices with excessive frame damage, severely shattered glass, previous refurbishment, or aftermarket screens may be considered high-risk. You will be notified before repairs commence. Please provide detailed descriptions and images of damage prior to purchasing our services. Warranty Policy Our screen repairs come with a 60-day warranty, covering only screen functions. Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. In high-risk cases, an extended warranty may be offered at an additional cost. Warranty is voided if: - Device has been operated by a third party - New physical damage occurs (cracks, scratches, dents) - Water damage or motherboard issues arise Privacy Policy We collect personal information solely for testing, shipping, and tracking purposes. To facilitate testing, devices must be unlocked to check cameras, microphones, flash, charge, network, and screen functionality. Shipping and tracking require name, phone number, and address. Cancellation Policy Orders canceled before repairs begin are refundable. If repairs have commenced, we must complete the process, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
