Measurements of the candle sconce are approximately 8" wide x 6 1/2" deep x 16" tall and made from solid pine which may show some natural grain and knots in the wood. This item is great for giving your room that primitive Early American warm touch. The box shown in search is painted black over black and then distressed in just the right worn places. This item displays nicely on the wall or table top. Fill with primitive drieds, grungy pillar or with an electric candle (hole drilled in base). All my products are given a fine furniture type finish. I have shown in the pictures several ways to use this Primitive Early American Candle Box Sconce.
