Description: Here for auction is a very nice set of Prismacolor Watercolor or water soluble colored artist pencils. This metal tin contained 12 but one is missing. As you can see these were barely used. Tin case measures 4.75 x 8.25". Very nice set... I offer this as found and as shown and have done my best to describe it. I then plug those numbers in and ebay calculates the exact cost at the least expensive way, to your zipcode. I use USPS and Fed Ex, whichever works best. I don't charge for packing nor handling. If you need to cancel your bid, please don't ask me to do that for you. Often times I am not near my computer. It is easier for you to cancel your own bid with no problems from me nor ebay. I will ship worldwide, I am however enrolled in ebays Global Shipping Program and if your country is included, then you can easily find the shipping costs by checking your ebay page.
