Description: Incredibly rare Project Sedan Preliminary Report PNE-225P, conducted under the auspices of the Plowshare program for Peaceful Uses for Nuclear Explosives by the United States Atomic Energy Commission. Project Sedan was conducted at the Nevada Test Site on July 6, 1962. Ex-library copy. Over 60 years old. The original report was issued in August 1962. As stated in the inside front cover, “This report has been reproduced directly from the best available copy.” This reproduced copy was issued by the UCLA School of Medicine on May 17, 1963. The library stamp on the back cover states this report was received at the U.S. Naval Radiological Defense Laboratory on June 18, 1963 at 12:24 PM. This is the only one we could find listed online. Have never seen another one of these anywhere.
