Description: Here we have a Prudential Insurance give-away Name for Baby booklet. I am guessing this piece to be from the late 1950's. Condition: Stains on front cover, writing on one page, some light page rippling near back, light stains on back cover. 32 pages. Measures 7-1/4 x 5-1/4 inches.
