The plant continuously is making fronds, and the plant only holds between 3-4 fronds on itself at a time. When in active growth (warm, bright) it is ALWAYS making fronds and replacing old ones. Photos 1&2 - Internet derived, super nice high quality photos of this plant. Although not a tree fern, it surely can make you think it is.
